Submit a requestLog in to the GeoChip portal, go to Devices → Add Device, and enter the device ID printed on your unit. Assign it to a vehicle and the device will start reporting within a few minutes. See our Installation Guide for step-by-step instructions.
Check that the device has power and a clear view of the sky for GPS. In the dashboard, confirm the device status is "Online" and that the last update time is recent. If it's offline, verify the SIM and power connections. You can also use the "Refresh" option or contact support for device diagnostics.
Go to Reports in your dashboard. You can generate trip reports, fuel reports, and AIS-140 compliant documents. Choose the date range and vehicle(s), then export as PDF or Excel. For recurring compliance reports, use the Scheduled Reports option.
